We hope you will love your Elégance purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, at any time within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.
When sending a return, we recommend that you send it registered mailto the address below. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to Elégance. All returns will be shipped to our US address (see below), then shipped to Elégance in England. Please do not ship your return parcel back to England.

Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
Goods remain the property of Elégance Fashion and Design UK Ltd. until payment has been made in full.
We will be happy to exchange for the same item most products returned within 10 days of receipt, however we cannot always guarantee that all items are available in the size, color and quantity you want. Replacement parcels will not incur a further postage charge.
We will refund the cost of rejected items or cancelled orders as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
