If this is your first visit to the Elégance online shop, you may have some questions about how to order. This brief guide will help. It explains the easy steps from making your selection in the virtual catalogue to receiving the package. Not only is it really easy, it’s actually fun!
The main navigation area consists of buttons that you click on to move to the main areas of the Elégance website: Online shop takes you to the virtual catalogue, Journal to the latest fashion and style hints, and Company to information about us.
It also gives you help with ordering. The Quick Order Form has entry fields to transfer the item number directly from the Elégance fashion catalogue (click on Quick order form for clarification), Order catalogue takes you to the relevant order form, and Service to all sorts of information on every aspect of selecting, ordering, taking delivery and taking care of your goods.
Clicking on Online shop (1) brings you to the Elégance virtual fashion catalogue. Now use the left-hand navigation bar to choose how you would like items to be displayed. The option By product (2), for example, displays items from all the individual Elégance collections and accessories. Clicking on Blouses (3) then enables you to select the latest items from that collection.
The first few items are displayed on the right-hand side in miniature. You open subsequent pages with the browse function, which is above the pictures on the right-hand side. Next opens the next page, obviously. The numbers indicate the remaining pages.
If a particular item appeals to you, clicking on Details (1) takes you to a page with the product details, where you will find a detailed description of individual items (on the right, next to the picture) and ideas for combining them with other items (at the bottom, 2). You can also enlarge the picture (3).
If you decide to buy an item, you make your selection in the pop-up fields on the right. You can enter the number (4) of items you want and – depending on the item – their colour, size, length and fit. The availability of the selected item is automatically checked and displayed. Now click on Add into my shopping bag (5), and details of the item are stored ready for purchase. Needless to say, you can now order other items from our range: simply click on Back to the online shop.

Perhaps you have already found the item you want in the Elégance fashion catalogue. If so, you can enter the item number here. If you wish to order more than six items, you can Add more fields. Once you have entered the items you want, you can place them In the shopping bag – and this displays a list of all the items you have selected so that you can check them.

There is a Search field on every page at top right. You can find items either by entering their Item numbers or by using Search terms. For example, enter “Handbag black” and click on the arrow next to it – and a page is displayed showing all the items matching the entry. If you would like a closer look at one of them, click on Examine item. This displays the page with the product details, from where you can add the item to your shopping bag.
If you have picked all the items you want and are ready to bring your shopping trip to an end, then you are only four steps away from sending us your order.
Click on shopping bag (1) at the top of the page. This contains all the items you have selected for your order so far. At this stage you can still make changes to your selected items (2), delete them, or click on Continue shopping (3) to add further items. If your selection is complete, click on Continue (4).
Enter your customer number and your address. If you want your package delivered somewhere other than your billing address, click on Enter delivery address. You can also subscribe to our Newsletter by checking the box. Once you have entered all your details, click on Continue.
Select the card with which you wish to pay. Once you have entered all the details, click on Continue.
All the details are now displayed again for your inspection. If anything needs to be changed, click on Change data (1) or Change article (2). If everything is as it should be, and you have read our terms and conditions and checked the box to accept them (3), you can Continue (4). A page containing all the details is now displayed one final time in confirmation that the order has been successfully sent. You can print this page out for your records if you wish. And that’s it! The order is on its way to Elégance, and you can look forward to receiving your package.
Shopping on the Elégance online shop is secure and trustworthy. Your data are transmitted in encrypted form, so there is absolutely no possibility of their being accessed by unauthorised third parties.
